"I had my home insured around 20 years. I filed a claim for my roof and it was denied. They paid a private company to come out and they stated I had storm damage. State Farm decided to come out themselves and stated I had no storm damage. I had three different companies come out all took pictures and confirmed storm damage. Still wouldn’t pay. Each of my cars (3) we’re in accidents of other drivers (2 t-boned, teenager back ended) and they dropped my car insurance despite the car repairs were paid for by the other drivers(one was a State Farm)."

"12 emails to get my son’s existing renters policy in this office updated to his new location in the same state. Max in this office is either poorly trained or has no attention to detail. He continues to get the address incorrect. He didn’t do a needs analysis, just decided what to quote - ignoring what was on the existing policy. They still cannot get the mailing address and garaging address changed on my auto. Another email this morning to Max. Got a one sentence response that was less than adequate. This isn’t the first poor experience we have had with this office. Will be looking to move to another State Farm location if they don’t get their act together."

"I was looking to switch insurance companies, and find something a little more reasonably priced than my current company. "State Farm Mike Breedings office has done me dirty after 20+ years of having state farm as my insurance provider. I made a policy change back in August 2023 on a Ford Hybrid, which come to find out Thomas (who works in this office) took the coverage change off my Dodge Challenger instead. Which was noticed in January and fixed. Now I recieved a bill in the mail expecting me to pay the policy change on my Dodge Challenger. A policy change that Thomas did incorrectly on the wrong vehicle. How am I expected to pay for a mistake that wasn't mine made? Anyone have an agent that backs up mistakes made by their employees I can look at switching all my insurance needs too?"

"Hello mockastroid 335, Having researched the problem referenced I can assure you that had there been a claims situation on the Challenger we would have rectified the situation and made good on your insurance coverage at that time. Since there had not been a loss, once the error was found we corrected it as of that date 1-9-2024. If we would have back dated this change to August of 2023 you would be back billed for the last 6 months at the higher rate. That did not happen, thus you are not paying for a mistake. We corrected the issue and you have been billed for the current premium as of the date the mistake was rectified. We apologize that this happened, and have reached out to you by email as well. Should you need further assistance or would like to speak with me directly, email me back or call me at the office at 417-882-2800. Thank you. "

"St Farm overall has been the most AMAZING Insurance Company we've been blessed to have. We were involved in a Natural Disaster where we'd lost everything, our vehicles, our home and all its contents. Mike Breeding understood that we couldn't wait for Insurance claim to be filed because we needed money right then. The Disaster was in a Sunday and by 8am the next morning, we had emergency cash in hand. Weeks later I saw others waiting on their Insurance, but St Farm had already given us emergency cash, totalled out our home and had us in our rental cars. I know people say that St Farm is more exoensive, but you get so much more during some of the worst moments. Car accidents, natural disasters, accidental damage, they aren't the best moments in our lives. So it really matters who you choose to have with you during those times. All I know is I will always choose to be will State Farm during those moments"
